Camp Betty Hastings Camp Betty Hastings Lake
Text on back of card: "This view is taken from the porch of Hutchens Hall, the main Administration and Recreation Building of Camp Betty Hastings, operated by the Winston-Salem, N.C. Y.W.C.A."
Text on back of card: "Swimming is a favorite sport at Camp Betty Hastings. Fresh springs feed this lake at the camp operated by the Y.W.C.A. of Winston-Salem, N.C.  Red Cross Waterfront safety rules are maintained."
According to information found on the YMCA website, in 1932 the YMCA accepted land from Fred Hutchens to establish Camp Betty Hastings named for the camp director.
